RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Oh man...we're sorry you didn't LOVE it!
If you change your mind about an item, our Return Policy makes it easy.
All eligible items* must be returned with original tags attached in sellable condition (determined upon return). Returns received within 7 days of when you receive your item(s) will be eligible for a refund. After 7 days returns or exchanges are eligible for a store credit up to 30 days. If Heart Strings Loyalty Club points were used in the order, a return is eligible for store credit only.
*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE (or items marked down 40% or more), mystery mailers, monogrammed/personalized products, earrings, leggings, hair accessories, socks, and gift cards.
- Within 7 days of receipt, with the tags attached by mail or in store: Receive a refund to the original form of payment.
- From 8-30 days after receipt, with the tags attached by mail or in store: Receive a store credit for the purchase price.
By Mail: Email email@example.com to initiate a return. Most single item returns qualify for an $8 return service label. Multiple item returns or heavy/bulky items will require a return service label quote. Alternately, send your item with tracking to: Heart Strings Gifts & More, 1601 Bland Street, Bluefield, WV 24701.
- In Store: Return your online or in store purchase to our Princeton, WV location.
- Exchanges: Items with tags attached and in unused condition can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt both by mail or in store. Exchanges are subject to a 1-7 day processing time.
- Without tags attached, or with visible wear (this includes deodorant marks and/or ANY odor): Items may not be returned or exchanged.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- Restocking Fee: Customers returning/exchanging greater then 15 products a month will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days or order will be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Holiday Return Policy: All eligible gift purchases after 12/1 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until 1/18.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions.
