Do You Have RetAIL STOREFRONT?

Yes! In addition to our online store, we have two storefront locations - one in Princeton, West Virginia and another in Bluefield, West Virginia.

Do You Offer Special Pricing for Wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer a wholesale nor franchise partnership.

How Do Your Sizes RUN?

We carry lines from multiple designers. There is some slight variation in sizing between brands and we do our best to provide a size chart within the item images if there is one. How Can I View the Status of My Order?

You can click HERE to create an account. Click HERE to login to your account. You will then have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, and update your account information.

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

Heart Strings accepts all major credit cards.

What Are Your Shipping Options?

All items ship from our store in Princeton,WV. United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier and shipping method, large orders may be shipped via UPS. If your provided mailing address cannot accept mail from USPS or UPS please include that information in the notes section at checkout or reply to your Order Confirmation email. Your chosen shipping method does not affect production time on pre-order and custom items.

Can I Pick Up in Store?

Yes, you can pick up your order in the store! In checkout, choose the store location at which you wish to retrieve your order. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please contact us at heartstringsgifts2018@gmail.com or via chat in order to find out more. 

What Should I Do if an Item is Received Damaged? 

Should an item arrive damaged please email a photo to heartstringsgifts2018@gmail.com. Please retain all packaging for your photo. We will process a replacement shipment as soon as possible upon receipt of the information.

What is Your Return Policy?

Returns are happily accepted within 7 days of receipt for a refund. From 7-30 days after receipt returns are accepted for store credit only. Returns/refunds/exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days of receipt. Clothing and shoes may not be exchanged after wear.

FINAL SALE items (including Mystery Mailers) cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions. Earrings, hair accessories, socks, and leggings are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.

We offer virtual gift cards that can be purchased in the amounts of your choice that can be used on our online store or at our Princeton, WV location. You can purchase here.

Heart Strings Loyalty Points is a reward program where you will earn points for signing up, purchases, and other actions that can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping, or free products. LEARN HOW TO SIGN UP FOR REWARDS!
